No newsletters for minor releases. What actually changed lands here — chronological, no spin.

  1. v1.4
    2026-10-09

External data sources, a fully designable ticket start message and appointments by command.

    • +External data sources (Expert): connect your own system (e.g. a game panel). DiscordNext sends only the Discord ID (signed) and shows the answer to your team in the ticket — automatically, via button or with /lookup.
    • +Design the ticket start message per category: own banner or none, side image, extra blocks, hide team buttons — with a live preview.
    • +/appointment book and /appointment offer: book without a panel, or let your team propose times and the member picks one.
    • +Approvals get their own dashboard page with an overview and default approvers.
    • +Reaction roles get the same design options as greetings; dashboard previews now look exactly like real Discord.
    • +Appointments: pick the day first, then the time — every free slot is reachable; cancelling in the dashboard notifies both sides.
    • +More reliable: the bot reconnects on its own after network errors, working hours save with every time zone, double clicks no longer create duplicate tickets, bookings or approvals.
    • +Security: reaction roles and moderation never hand out admin/mod roles and respect the role hierarchy.
  2. v1.3
    2026-09-28

AI assistant, 14-day free trial and a completely redesigned dashboard.

    • +AI assistant for tickets: answers from your knowledge base, pulls in your team when needed and suggests FAQ entries from solved tickets.
    • +Try Pro and Expert free for 14 days.
    • +Approval cards: /approval with approvers, four-eyes option and a private thread.
    • +Reaction roles v2: multiple panels, buttons or dropdown, four modes. Plus “accept the rules” via button.
    • +One-click setup: pick a channel and the category and panel are created for you — also straight from the bot’s welcome message.
    • +Welcome, goodbye, boost and rules messages with blocks, images, link button and a Discord preview.
    • +Bot language can be set in the dashboard; members can opt out of ticket DMs.
    • +No more “Powered by DiscordNext” in your messages.
    • +New dashboard: clearer pages, Discord previews everywhere, the workflow editor as its own page.
  3. v1.2
    2026-07-29

Appointment booking and tickets as threads or forum posts.

    • +Appointment booking (Expert): members book a free slot with your team via a panel — with confirmation, calendar file, reminder and optional approval.
    • +Tickets as a thread or forum post instead of a channel (e.g. for bug reports).
    • +Canned responses (/reply) with per-snippet role permissions; max open tickets per role.
    • +Higher teams on the escalation ladder can act on tickets of lower teams.
  4. v1.1
    2026-06-20

28 languages, moderation, FAQ before the ticket and a live-updating ticket card.

    • +Dashboard, website and bot in 28 languages.
    • +Moderation: warnings, timeouts, kicks and temp bans with case history and mod log.
    • +FAQ suggestions before a ticket opens — many questions get solved without one.
    • +A ticket card with banner that updates live (status, priority, SLA check).
    • +Status and escalation messages customisable per server.
    • +Team statistics per member and team, including time in support voice.
    • +Guided setup wizard: team, category and panel in one go.
    • +Transcripts keep images permanently; updates go live with near-zero downtime.
  5. v1.0
