Billing कैसे काम करती है

  • Privacy और GDPR का क्या?

    Germany में hosted, Iubenda privacy policy + cookie banner active हैं, payments Stripe के ज़रिए चलते हैं (पूरा payment data वहीं रहता है, हमारे पास नहीं)। Ticket transcripts तब तक रखे जाते हैं जब तक आपका account मौजूद है और delete होने पर हटा दिए जाते हैं। Law-enforcement requests law-enforcement page पर एक dedicated contact पर जाती हैं।

  • क्या यह मेरे मौजूदा bot से टकराएगा?

    नहीं — DiscordNext अपने खुद के channels (जो ticket categories वह बनाता है) इस्तेमाल करता है और सिर्फ़ अपने ही commands का जवाब देता है। आपका दूसरा bot वैसा का वैसा रहता है। आप DiscordNext को अपने खुद के bot account के नीचे भी चला सकते हैं (Custom Bot Identity add-on)।

  • क्या मुझे programming आनी चाहिए?

    बिल्कुल नहीं। सब कुछ dashboard में configure होता है — categories, panels, teams, saved replies। Discord के अंदर यह slash commands और buttons है।

  • अगर Discord API बदल दे तो क्या होगा?

    हम Discord API releases को active रूप से track करते हैं और official discord.js इस्तेमाल करते हैं। Breaking changes हमारे updates में आते हैं — आप कुछ नहीं करते, यह server-side ही ship होता है। Roadmap page दिखाता है आगे क्या है।

  • Setup में कितना समय लगता है?
