Hosted in Germany (EU). Our legal texts — privacy policy, terms and withdrawal policy — are drafted and kept up to date by IT-Recht Kanzlei Munich. Payments run through Stripe (full payment data lives there, not with us). We only use technically necessary cookies: no tracking, no cookie banner. Law-enforcement requests route to a dedicated contact on the law-enforcement page.
No — DiscordNext uses its own channels (ticket categories it creates) and only responds to its own commands. Your other bot stays untouched. You can even run DiscordNext under your own bot account (Custom Bot Identity add-on).
None. Everything is configured in the dashboard — categories, panels, teams, saved replies. Inside Discord it's slash commands and buttons.
We track Discord API releases actively and use the official discord.js. Breaking changes land in our updates — you do nothing, it ships server-side. The roadmap page shows what's next.
"Add to Discord" → first ticket created: about 60 seconds with the default setup. If you want to design your own panels, categories and workflows, plan 10–15 minutes.
