Hosted in Germany, Iubenda privacy policy + cookie banner are active, payments run through Stripe (full payment data lives there, not with us). Ticket transcripts are kept while your account exists and removed on deletion. Law-enforcement requests route to a dedicated contact on the law-enforcement page.
No — DiscordNext uses its own channels (ticket categories it creates) and only responds to its own commands. Your other bot stays untouched. You can even run DiscordNext under your own bot account (Custom Bot Identity add-on).

We track Discord API releases actively and use the official discord.js. Breaking changes land in our updates — you do nothing, it ships server-side. The roadmap page shows what's next.
